Thread: Multiple Gamepad inputs? And a couple more buttons?
Post: Multiple Gamepad inputs? And a couple more buttons...
| First! In the whole forum, I think!
I'm super keen on this simplistic input system - where the only inputs are 4 directions and 4 action buttons, automatically mapped to the keyboard keys or a gamepa... |

Thread: Multiple Gamepad inputs? And a couple more buttons?
Post: RE: Multiple Gamepad inputs? And a couple more but...
| Ah, if the windowing and input is just for testing, that changes everything! I'll keep that in mind. Actually it would be good if they were marked as such in the documentation, that way I don't assum... |

Thread: Multiple Gamepad inputs? And a couple more buttons?
Post: RE: Multiple Gamepad inputs? And a couple more but...
| Welp, if I'm using SDL2 I assume I'll be using C++. I remember trying to use the C# wrapper for SDL (to start the aforementioned arcade front end interface) but couldn't get it working... I figured i... |

Thread: Multiple Gamepad inputs? And a couple more buttons?
Post: RE: Multiple Gamepad inputs? And a couple more but...
| I completely agree with your assessment on the comparison between C, C++ and C#. Honestly I felt I should brush up on C++ in case a job requires it, but after my arcade interface project, I won't be ... |

Thread: Multiple Gamepad inputs? And a couple more buttons?
Post: RE: Multiple Gamepad inputs? And a couple more but...
| I just read the release notes - that sounds awesome! I think it's really good to have this, a lot more convenient than relying inn SDLs input and setting up key config yourself.
I've had to give th... |

Thread: Building & cross compiling experience
Post: RE: Building & cross compiling experience
| Oh wow, ok. I still need to compile a 64 bit SDL2 then.
Regarding your concerns distributing the DLLs, wouldn't you just provide 32bit and 64bit downloads as you have, and just let the developer k... |

Post: Building & cross compiling experience
| Hi Megamarc - I went on a tangent in my other post, and since it's a bit quiet here, I figured I'd make this a new post, as I'd like to get your thoughts on a couple things. I may have found a reason... |

And if it's primarily Windows, what workflow wo... |
